LSUS Basketball Gauntlet Rules

Team will have to race against the clock in a series of drills where they will have to make different shots from around the court.

There will be five designated spots on the court that each team can shoot from. Each spot has a numerical value ranging from one to five points. Your team will have 5 minutes to score as many points as possible. Team members must alternate shots.

In the event of a tie, the team that scores the most free throws will be declared the winner!
